Return Policy
At Bradens Furniture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not fully meet your expectations, and we strive to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Return Time Frame
- Money Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
- In-Store Credit: Missed the 7-day window? You can still return items between 8 to 14 days from the date of delivery for in-store credit. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.
Extended Return Option with Restocking Fee
- After the 14-day period, we offer an extended return option up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns accepted during this period will incur a 33% restocking fee of the item’s sale price. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund or credit issued. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Mattresses: For health and hygiene reasons, all mattresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Outdoor Furniture: Unless these items have not been opened or exposed to any weather, we cannot accept outdoor furniture returns considering the impact they receive when exposed to the elements.
- Special Orders: Items specially ordered or customized to your specifications are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Please note that delivery or shipping fees are non-refundable. Any costs associated with returning the item will not be covered or reimbursed by Bradens Furniture.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@bradens.com or call 865-273-8640 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Refunds for items returned within the 7-day window will be processed in the original form of payment. Allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
In-Store Credit
For items returned between 8 to 30 days, in-store credit will be issued upon processing the return. This credit can be used for any future purchases. Credits will be valid for 12 months.
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Damaged, altered, or used items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
