Return of the Dining Room

If you’re one to pay close attention to home and design trends, you’ve probably noticed the fact that closed off dining room spaces and dwindled over the years. With the rise in open-concept living, the closed off dining room began to transition out of new builds significantly.

However, in recent months, we have noticed a sharp rise in interest for traditional, more formal dining room furniture. It will be interesting to watch to see if this continues.

What are your thoughts? Perhaps the increased time at home in isolation has shifted our thoughts back to in-home gatherings and entertaining. Maybe people are ready for hosting the family once again.
